If I set the Date and Time to manual, and set the correct values manually, it will be diplayed both in on the screen and on the LCD of the Q10 Pro, but only till next boot. If I power off the Box and power on again, after the boot the whole date and time settings are gone and resetted back to 1970 jan 1 (time setting also gone). I guess this must be some kind of bug, and it shouldn't forget the manually setted time and date after every  power off.  ??? Can you confirm it, and/or advice me a solution? (Other than set it to automatic, couse untill I don't have a router I rarely connect the Q10 Pro to the internet).
I`ve the same problem and don`t have idea how to repair this bug. If I have still the same date, there`s no internet cconnecion....
If I set date&Time manually, HM after reboot is back to 01:00
I didnt find resolution of this probrle, but I saw coule similar problems here.
there`s no firmare upgrade. Please help me :)

It's not a malfunction, it's a characteristic, the box doesn't have a real time clock (RTC). You need to set it to automatic and let it fetch the time after every boot.

I've HM from more than year and for now everything works fine. HM time is set as automatic and it don't work.
Automatic time works only after factory reset. Next when I'm connect internal HDD and set it as default, time and date stop working :(
So, if time and date isn't correct, internet doesn't work
HDD is ok. Chkdsk /f didn't find any errors

I don't understand your answer... What do you mean by setting the hard drive as default?
What is the firmware version you have?

Last tested firmware is custom from futeko HMD-2.1.4 2019-05-31.171152

In stock firmware I always had removable storage (Toshiba 3tb) set as default storage

Is the time zone set correctly? As long as you have internet the box should set the time automatically

As box not have RTC is intend time to by set to something OFW/CFW is set to 01 Jan 2015/2020, if removed this force will see time when box is was power OFF.
When ntp server can be reach will synchronize with correct time.

Try to reinstall the firmware with the reset button method, backup what you need first.

I do that
1. 2.1.4 VERSION 2 - SEMI-OFFICIAL FUTEKO. HMD-2.1.4 2019-09-11
2. 2.1.4 FUTEKO. HMD-2.1.4 2019-05-31
3. Custom 2.1.6
4 back to 2.1.4 FUTEKO. HMD-2.1.4 2019-05-31

nothing works...

Maybe your router or ISP is blocking the access to the ntp server. Do you have a smartphone you could share the wifi connection just to test that hypothesis?

Tested:
1 HM connected to router
2 HM connected through cable from ISP
3 HM connected to local WiFi
4 HM connected to WiFi shared from phone

Still the same - date/time 1 January 2015 01:00
:(
