All new products are supplied with a two year warranty.
If an item becomes faulty during the warranty period we will ask for the item to be returned to us in the UK for repair/replacement. The customer pays postage costs to return the item to us and we pay postage costs to send the repaired/replaced item back.
Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. e.g. spillage, impact damage.
The 2 year warranty applies only to products purchased from futeko.com website (not Amazon/Ebay).
RETURN FOR REFUND
Returns for full refund are accepted within 30 days, beginning on date of receipt.
The customer pays all costs associated with the return and is responsible for arranging the return. Returned goods must be in original condition, 'as new', with all original accessories, and in original undamaged packaging.
If an item is faulty on arrival we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs in addition to the full refund.
