All new products purchased from futeko.com are supplied with a 2 year warranty (beginning on date of receipt).

If an item becomes faulty during the warranty period we will ask for the item to be returned to us in the UK for repair/replacement. The customer pays shipping costs to return the item to us, we pay shipping costs to send the repaired/replaced item back to the customer. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

To start a warranty return, email mail@futeko.com with 'WARRANTY' as the subject.

Include enough info for us to identify your order (e.g. your order number or Paypal transaction ID) and the reason for return.

30 DAY RETURN FOR REFUND

We accept items back for full refund within 30 days (beginning on date of receipt), no questions asked.

Customer pays return shipping costs and is responsible for arranging the return. Returned goods must be undamaged, with all original accessories, and in original packaging. If an item is faulty within 30 days we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return postage costs in addition to the full refund.
