Well Maelor, thanks again for your effort, time, and answer. Another forum member told me that the problem is Windows 10 Enterprise. It seems to work with Windows 10 Pro version. Yesterday evening I found out in my living room where I have my HiMedia Q10 Pro and a Windows 10 Pro computer, and it is working over there, but it is hot as hel in there, because it is the hot season in N O Thailand and I have no aircontitioning in that room. In another cooler room I have a small MSI computer (4GB ram) with Windows 10 Enterprise, and that one refuses to set up a home network.
However, could you please explain to me how I can use my Android 10 smartphone to play music content in and around the house from my home network? Because that's the thing I try to get done for over a year now. So my external HDD connected to my HiMedia Q10 Pro is visible on my pc in the livingroom, but still not on my smartphone, and believe me, I've tried so many things on my smartphone, but I can't get the content from that HDD from my computer or the HiMedia on my smartphone. I would be very grateful if you or anyone could give me some advice about that.
