Please, don't understand me wrong, but if Himedia read this forum, how the users will know that is happened?
Sometimes I read at the forum something like this "Just tested and I also get that problem with Netflix. Sticks on 'Loading' when playing video. I have told Himedia. They will fix it."
Your company tells to Himedia or they read directly the forum?
Simply wish to know how I can request a bug and Himedia know for it?
I work at internet company and if there is a problem with some service, the customers calls to our helpdesk and they told us for the problem. If I don't see any reply to my request I assume that it is ignored. Of course I don't expect some of the other users of the forum / i.e. the customers / to solve any bug (except those that I've made myself
