Yep, it's causing issues with other CEC devices connected to AVR. Another great job from himedia.
Spend a lot of time trying to get 3D to work properly in Q5 pro - pointless, then decided to use the player built into TV, just to notice that speakers weren't working due to ARC/CEC problems.
Found the guilty thing - Q5, causing problems even when in standby mode, if I remember correctly it wasn't causing issues several firmware updates ago.

CEC/ARC has always been a problem with Q5/Q10 Pro. The problem is well documented and the solution is in the forum FAQ.

* Q10 Pro interfering with HDMI CEC/ARC? Q10 Pro CEC should be disabled in FW 2.0.3 and later. However, some users still report problems with Q10 Pro interfering with CEC/ARC signals. If this is the case you can either get a CEC stripping HDMI adapter or manually block pin 13 on the HDMI cable. See here: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=747.0

By my experience you can very easily get into trouble when having for example AVR and few other devices connected via HDMI. I had problems even before Q5Pro with only TV, AVR, BluRay and IPTV box so I ended up disabling CEC completely on all devices.

It turned out that having universal remote as Logitech Harmony 650 is by far better and more universal solution that CEC. CEC is usable only maybe when you have only two devices like TV and AVR or TV and IPTV.
