Just overwrite it? or delete it first?
On windows if you delete, the profile polder is intact.. i'm not sure with android

I just installed the new version without doing anything else.

Himedia are looking at why Kodi reports 720p. Fixing it will not be very quick, it will be a case of waiting for a firmware update.

For Trakt, it seems to be a problem with Trakt and how it handles external players (playercorefactory) more than the M3. It will require a fix from Trakt. All Android boxes which use an external player in Kodi will have the same problem.

About the trakt addon.
-> They (maker of addon and kodi devs) say if the addon is working in kodi, then nothing is wrong with addon
Since it is working in kodi, guess thats it
However, if i use himediawrapper, its not working anymore

Can you pass this too pls?

The trakt problem is probably a problem with all external players called from kodi. But himedia are aware and are looking at it. If there is a workaround they will implement it.

I have another very annoying thing

i get an annoying message in kodi "swipe down from the top to exit full screen"
 I can get rid of it for a second when pressing volume button, but seconds later its back.
 How do i get rid of it permanently?

That is annoying. I agree.

If you use a USB mouse to swipe down (click and drag) it will disappear and not come back.
