Does the tv upscale 1080p videos if the box already does it  ?
If not, then if I understand good, there is just one solution : switch the resolution every time I wanna play 4k or 2k videos if I want the tv to upscale, that's it ?
My tv is hisense xt910, is the upscaling of the q10 pro as good as the hisense if you know ?

If you watch 4k,put himedia resolution to 2160p-there is no upscalling.
If you watch 2k:put himedia resolution to 2160p-himedia will do upscalling to 4k.
put himedia resolution to 1080p-TV will do upscalling to 4k.

I wasnt talking about resolution switching but just about desactive the upscaling process ...
I heard that zidoo x9s got that option so why the himedia doesnt ?
I am not familiar with such a feature on X9S and I do own one.

Will the "YcBcr 420" mode be avalaible for 1080p in the 2.0.1 new firmware ?
Also, is the 1080p upscaling of the q10 pro in good quality ?

Yes upscaling is good quality.

YCbCr420 is a feature of HDMI 2.0 so I'm not if it will be ever be supported for 1080p system resolution.

If I put ycbcr 444 10 bit or ycbcr 422 while playing ycbcr 420 video file, what will happen ? The box will upscale the signal to ycbcr 444 or 422 ?

Colourspace is a good question. This is the official chart: http://blog.toonormal.com/2014/01/10/4k-hdmi-and-deep-color/ it says that 4:2:2 isn't supported on lower than 12bit, but there's also this one: http://www.extron.com/company/article.aspx?id=hdmi2faq-> which seams a bit more correct, as you can also test, that it can be set to 4:2:2 on any Hz and the output will be 8 bit.

Answer above: in the case of 4:2:0 8bit source you can get 4:2:2 8bit output and yes, it's being "upscaled" by the player. "Native" 4:2:0 only supported on 50 and 60Hz and only on 4K resolution...

I presume it also upscale to 444 then, no ?
Also is the depth upsambled by the box if I set 10 bit and I play 8 bit video ?

Yes it should work that way. In theory 4:2:2 setting would be the best (less upscaling) for 4:2:0 8bit videos, but better if you try and see what seams better in PQ for your eyes...
