Kodi has duplicate drive issues (as noted above) that don't disappear when "clean up" is completed (like it should).  No idea why this has occurred within Kodi?

A minor flaw is I can not make the system boot straight into Kodi as I could under previous firmware (as per the FAQ).  The "Menu" option no longer comes up with the remote for some reason.  I do like it booting directly into Kodi as it then auto-updates my library (and makes it easy for the wife to use).

Upgrade was successful, but this firmware does not seem to recognize my BD/DVD-ROM drive, as the previous one did.

Please, could others also test it, to confirm this is a new bug ?

Regards.

hi frd, what ver fw can recognize BD/DVD-ROM drive on Q10 pro ?

Upgraded to the new Android (N) and the new F/W but my problem with Kodi still exist :
I 've attached 3 external disks to the device (with an internal HDD too).
Every time I start the machine and startup Kodi, the letters assigned to these attached USB drive's change : SDA, SDB, SDC, SDE etc..
I mean sda1 switch to sdd2, or sdb1 switch to sde2 etc.. And of course cannot play the movie (invalid path..)
Is there a way to fix it, because I cannot use Kodi!
This problem is the same on all Kodi versions (16.1 Jarvis, 17 Beta Krypton, also on SPMC).
Thanks.

Tried the new FW last night...

Pros:
Improvements in PQ.
UI experience.

Cons:
Sluggish!!
Some Apps have problems on Android 7

Suggestions:
Work the bugs on previous firmware.

Discovered it is an App problem...other applications are generally fine.

Could not access settings (button)  on some Apps.

Will revert to old firmware 1.07/1.08 (I need those).

Will the same procedure still valid once you installed v2. 00?  Waiting for Instructions.
...

Can you clarify what you mean about the settings button?

...

Can't get "Primitive FTPd" to work. That is to say can't get into the setup mode. It starts up with setup the first time but it can't be changed afterwards.
Samba Server works better than before as Windows applications now will work with it, despite disk space and free space still not being reported correctly.

Agree with you.
I thought it just seems to me, but with imprex off is excellent, finally.  ;D
I am just disappointed that do not work well the  settings in  imprex engine, again.

Yes, I noticed the same thing. It is like the app does not show its whole interface. I do not have the upped part on Total Commander. I can confirm 100% the issue you have with Primitive FTPd. Maybe we will get an update soon enough.

After Android 7 upgrade, Kodi shows duplicate hard disks :(...  Two SDA1,Two SDA2... you have also?

That and not being able to boot directly to KODI are dealbreakers for me.
I have a huge music library, would lose my library paths bc of this and would have to recreate it from scratch.

I'm gonna stay on Android 5.1 then.

This works for me. Go into My Apps then press remote menu button when app selected. You should be able to choose 'Default Start'.
