[ :-\I do not go on w7 ultimate 64bit,just goes on usb 2.0
Must be something with windows USB drivers, the port or cable. Please try it with a different PC and try different (short) cables.
Will try my tower PC running W10 Home 32-bit also, but it is not a Windows thing. For Windows it is just another USB connected HDD.
My Dell Laptop e.g. was not supporting USB3 when installed with W7, had to download suitable USB3 drivers manually myself.
Be sure USB-3 is working correctly. When connected to an USB2 port on an USB3 capable PC Windows should issue a warning "this device can work faster if connected to a USB3 port". If this does not appear the setup is incorrect.
The USB3 Slave mode is a 100% Hardware feature implemented via the USB3-to-ATA bridge chip on the motherboard. The Q10 Pro does absolutely nothing for it. So FW revisions or even the OS itself don't matter in any way at all.
