ANDROID 14
Ugoos custom Android 14 OS pre-installed. This is regular Android (not GoogleTV/AndroidTV) with a Ugoos launcher, allowing installation of practically any app. Regular Android is better for games and emulation than GoogleTV/AndroidTV, but not as compatible with streaming apps. There is support for Dolby Vision FEL, HDR10+, ATMOS and DTS:X within the Android media player app and Android Kodi. Google Play Services / Google Play Store is pre-installed.
COREELEC WITH DOLBY VISION FEL, BD-ISO MENUS AND 3D MVC
A custom version of CoreELEC (Linux based Kodi running on ARM hardware) is available for Ugoos SK4 Pro giving near total 4K format support including full FEL Dolby Vision and full BD ISO menus. NEW AUG 2026: 3D MVC (Blu-Ray 3D) supported in latest nightly CoreELEC! We do not pre-install CoreELEC! We supply as factory, with Android 14 pre-installed. A Only to a limited extent. Questions should be posted on the CoreELEC forum.
Q Why only 10/100 Ethernet, can I add Gigabit?!
A Unfortunately, the chipset is limited to 10/100 Ethernet. However, we sell a USB / Gigabit Ethernet dongle that adds Gigabit (up to ~450mbps tested, limited due to USB 2.0) and 3x USB ports.
Q What colour is Ugoos SK4 Pro? On the images it looks green?!
A Ugoos SK4 Pro is black on sides and base and dark green on the top. It looks classy in real life!
Q Power supply compatibility / PSU type?
A Ugoos SK4 Pro ships with an external 12V 1A Europlug PSU suitable for 100-240V. We add a free British sourced Power Connections BCA-BK semi-permanent fused plug adapter (satisfies British BS5733, BS1363 and BS1362 standards) to all UK / Ireland / Malaysia / Malta / Cyprus / UAE / Singapore orders.
