Internal HDD problem
« on: June 12, 2016, 06:05:26 PM »
Hello ,
I just bought myself a Q10 Pro and a WD Green 1Tb hdd.
I installed the hdd in Q10 but i can't 'see the hdd after i booted the Q10.
When i put my hand on the machine i can feel it 'spinning'but like i said i can't see the hdd .
Also when i connect the Q10 to my laptop i can't 'see' the hdd on my laptop.
Is this a known problem ? A faulty hdd ?Something wrong with my Q10?

thx in advance for all help.
