settings for a CRT-TV

Hello, who can give me the right settings for a conventional CRT-TV
(Thomson 29DJ74E, connected with VIDEO, not HDMI).

There are problems with the aspect ratio and resolution (PAL?).

I want to have a 16:9-film in 16:9 and a 4:3-film in 4:3 full screen
without any distortions.

E. g., I have black frames round a 4:3-screen (the 4:3-screen must to
be zoomed to full screen, but how?).
