purevpn application login

hi everyone..... thanks for the effort in helping fellow q10 pro owners...
got two MAJOR issues and any kind of help would be appreciated;;
- can't login using my username and password in purevpn application....
- can't add any extra language using the on screen (so called hardware keyboard) which only displays English and Chinese....

i find it weird that i'm replying back to my own post !!!
anyway , for some reason and after many trials , purevpn login is working fine....
my only remaining issue is adding a language to the awkwardly retro on screen keyboard (hardware keyboard) which can only display English and Chinese , no matter how you try to change the Chinese to another language

so how did the purevpn login work? was it a operator error ?

really don't know.... just kept on logging in til it worked.
