We are very sorry about the delay. Not much we can do about it, it's coming from HiMedia.

You are receiving this email because you have a pre-order for batch#2 [PO#2] HiMedia Q10 Pro.
We wrote earlier in the week to notify you of a despatch delay. Unfortunately, we now have to inform you of a further delay.
HiMedia have told us that stock will not leave their factory until ~8th May. This would give a despatch to you date of 13-16th May.
HiMedia say the reason for the delay is that they are waiting for delivery of the wi-fi antenna component from their supplier. All retailers globally are in the same position, there is no Q10 Pro stock available anywhere in Europe. We will be the first to get new stock.
We apologise for the delays. It's not typical of how we operate and we appreciate that some customers have been waiting a long time for a fully paid pre-order.
If you want to cancel the pre-order and receive a refund we can do so immediately. Please reply if that's the case. We will have some stock from batch#2 available for general sale when it arrives and we hope to have normal Q10 Pro stock availability from mid June onwards.
