Failed Update

So... I have tried to update, but unfortunately I couldn't, all I got is this. I'm also wondering does this update fix the optical thing as I tried to connect my cable but the sound goes through HDMI is there anyway to disable it. my one is hmd-1.0.5 firmware

That's a very old firmware you have installed.

Where did you get the H8 from?

Maybe try and install one of the earlier firmware on our forum first before installing 1.0.9. e.g. http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=389.0

I updated it with the 1.0.7 then with the 1.0.9 just for the heads up... 1.0.9 doesnt work directly you have to upgrade firmware by firmware.
