Hello, i have Q5 pro 2 days I  could not google google chrome but to this  I   need mouse ,I  thought the remote can do it but no, I   have  another big  problem  I   can   not  go  to google store pley  I  need to credited  to  google  account , And   I   do  not  see  that  there was anything  wrong asking for help   2..0.4   software  is in  it.   Regards

Other customers / users are not seeing any problems logging into Play Store. Is your account valid? Can you log into gmail with it on a PC?

Also, please don't post exactly the same thing in multiple threads.

I think there must be some confusion. Play Store works fine on 2.0.4, there are thousands of customers using it every day.

2.0.5 may contain a fix for the Google account cannot be deleted/added bug.

Everything  works fine gmail  and  the fault in the software note 2.0.4  the  play store display the message requires authentication log in to the account as soon as I  clik continue message ,   add a good  password  and he  displays error.

The problem you describe sounds like a wrong user/password Google account type of problem.

Because it's impossible to remove/add an account in 2.0.4 (so impossible to fully reset Google account credentials) I would advise reinstalling firmware 2.0.4 and starting the Play Store sign in process from scratch.  http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=2096.0
