Hello Dear Forum Members
I have owned my Q54K3D for almost 6 months without any issues it has happily played everything I have thrown at it inc ATOMS pass through which works great. Until today I came across a Movie file which plays on PC and and old Laptop and even plays fine picture and audio via inbuilt media player on the television.
Yet I get a black screen and audio only when I play back the file via the Q5 ( i have disabled all the acceleration under video options did not make any difference in Kodi)
Here is the file details below.
Any Idea's advice and option settings to try would be helpful please ? Many Thanks
