Playback very jerky

Hi' just brought one of these boxes to play with. Playback of a lot of my DVDs (in video_TS format) is very jerky any ideas?

What firmware (Android / OpenELEC) and what app are you using to play the files?

As general advice, I'd recommend installing the latest versions of Android / OpenELEC (see forum).

Sorry, yes that might have helped. Brand new Openelec box from you guys with playback via Kodi 16RC2.
