Yesterday I got a notice that I selected the wrong transport option and was asked to pay the additional fee for European delivery outside the UK.
Obviously made that extra payment.
My point however is that this is very strange. I do order regularly on the Internet and really all sites adjust the options for transport according the address/country specified automatically. I really suggest Futeko to implement this too as soon as possible. It saves both you and the customers time, speeds up delivery and bottom-line it also reduces handling costs for Futeko .
It's tricky to implement destination specific delivery pricing in UK Paypal. In US Paypal you can add options for this easily, but that functionality is entirely missing in the UK version. The option would be to switch to a shopping cart, but this would make the purchasing process more cumbersome than it needs to be. I like it very simple as it is now. We only ever stock a small number of products.
To give clarity to anyone reading this who's paid the wrong postage amount (e.g. free postage when not in the UK), we will contact you pointing out the mistake and send you a Paypal payment request (to payment email) for the shortfall.
