q10 pro stuck in boot and blue screen on my led tv

Anyone can help me please...

I never used my q10 pro for quite long time then when i tried to used it this all issues happened.
At first i turn on just showing himedia boot loading,then i forgot how to reset so i just try to press the upgrade behind the box,after that i just let it an hours and once can accessed the UI.
Then I tried update in ota but just stuck in loading.I forgot to see my firmware and noted it too.After i reboot my q10 pro it won't normal anymore,then i remembered this forum so i tried to updated firmware with usb so many time with random firmware because i forgot the last firmware installed.I just noted in my comp that when i bought this q10 pro the firmware is Q10 PRO FIRMWARE. 1.0.8-FUTEKO-EN. HMD-1.0.8 2016-10-12.193826.

Now the problem is when i tried a random firmware,my q10 pro just show boot in lcd and stuck there, no image in my led tv just blue screen.I tried to used other power supply and changed hdmi cable and used composite cable all nothing.Before this happened i still can see booting himedia logo then update proccessing color circle in my led tv and failed to update even the proccessed went to 100%.

Is my q10 pro damaged now?.Can i still can fixed it?Sorry my bad english and we dont have service center in my coutry Indonesia.Please anyone can help me.
