Q10 Pro has no Button 24hz at Setting/PlayBack
« on: January 24, 2025, 01:29:06 PM »
Hello,

I`ve been using an Himedia Q10pro for many years.
Unfortunately I had to reset it this week.

The firmware is HMD 2.14.2019-05-31.171152
Android 7.0
Kernel 3.18.24

Some years ago I installed a Frame rate adaption close/open which changed automaticely from 25hz to 24 hz if  I play a bluray or 4k movie.

After the firmware reset this week I lost this adaption.

I searched in this and other Android Mediaplayer sites but could not find any similar app.

Many users use a button in Setting/PlayBack to switch.
In my Setting/ Playback is no such button.
(enclosed a picture)

Please help me to restore this button.

Thanks

Problem solved.
In Mediaplayer GUI is a Button "Frequency" open/close. I switched to open and it changed to 24 hz if the movie is a 24p movie.
