are we getting any FW updates

just noticed the 8K solo has a firmware listed as jan 2025 , the 4K solo is still on FW from june 2024

but in the 2025 fw for the 8k solo it mentions

• Pro Vision 4K model: Bugfix: When using SPDIF output and playing DD+ audio, sound could be absent on SPDIF, depending on the EDID of the connected HDMI TV. Now, DD+ can be converted and output as DD (HD audio should be disabled in settings).

• Pro Vision 4K model: Bugfix: The use of the RESET button for navigation in the Recovery menu was not working, now it works (single-press = DOWN, long-press = SELECT).

?? so where is the 4K solo FW for 2025 ?

how has the 8K fw got updates for the 4K solo yet no fw for the 4K ?

It seems strange that the 8K Solo firmware has updates for 4K features, yet the 4K Solo firmware hasn't been updated for 2025.

you have to buy 8k, to get updates
the new one comes out, you have to throw away the old one.
