Refer to Zidoo Z1000 Pro, the Arabic subtitle built in which with the movies not working properly, but the external subtitle working well fine.

Note: refer to device Zidoo Z9X 8K, the Arabic subtitle built in which come with the movies and external subtitle working well fine

What firmware do you have installed on the Z1000 Pro?

Since I bought this device subtitle was not ok, anyway my last update my firmware was v6.4.42
I will try your firmware now, and I will let you know the result,
