We don't have any payments not allocated to an order so I don't think you've made a valid order with us. If you'd paid you would have received an email from Paypal, an email from us, and have landed on our payment complete page with a transaction ID number. Did any of these happen?
All our payment processing is done by Paypal and we only see the payment if it's complete, so if you've not made a valid order we have no information to give you. You would have to contact Paypal direct.
