Question about subtitle mapping in Pro Vision 4K Solo
« on: August 14, 2024, 09:22:09 AM »
Good morning,
I have a question about whether it is normal for the Pro Vision 4K Solo not to display the .sup subtitles, mapped with the usual greyish tone in HDR content. In my case I always see it in white and I don't know if it is a question of some configuration or if the equipment does not process it.
Any suggestions?

Greetings!

On the PC I see it correctly, but with Dune on the TV I see it like the image on the right, in white:

Can any user of this model shed any light on this issue? I'm sure it happens to everyone
