Zidoo Z1000 pro only Hello display

I just received on 29/9/2022 my Zidoo Z1000 Pro white installing Netflix and other apps, after that restart the device, the device stop on Zidoo and then no display only "hello", I tried to make emergency as same as mention, nothing works only show Zidoo. Even I try to reset but can't be.

Please help me,

I already try this method but didn't work, the device stop on secreen Zidoo wellcoom secreen and "hello" on the device.

Still, my device not working, anybody can help me to solve my problem.
" My device starts Hello on the device and show Zidoo welcome and after black screen"

If the USB emergency firmware flash doesn't work there is nothing else I can suggest remotely.

The Zidoo boxes can be factory reflashed using a cable+PC (we can do this in the UK) which will almost always fix any deep rooted firmware misconfiguration. If the box was returned we would try this.

You will need to contact the retailer you bought the box from. If this is us: mail@futeko.com.

How long are you letting it sit after you do the reflash of the original firmware. https://www.zidoo.tv/Support/support_guide/guide_target/DP%5Bld%5DwBS1nS3Deq7k9e%5Bld%5D3ulg%3D%3D.html

Sometimes it can take upto 10 minutes to fully boot the first time after the reflash and it will display "Hello" on the display for the whole time. Same with subsequent updates.
If you try it again and it still freezes longer then 10-20 minutes then you might be bricked.
