First point of contact should be with the retailer you bought it from. I don't know Romanian consumer laws but I would have thought that if you're sold something materially not what you paid for then you have the right of replacement/refund for a considerable period of time, longer than 90 days.
Can you post a photo of Settings - Other - About - Advanced Settings - System - About tablet? Particularly the build number entry at the bottom. Also please a photo of Settings - Other - About?
I reiterate what I said earlier that it is impossible for Z1000 firmware to be installed on a Z1000 Pro. I'm not just saying that, it's really impossible. So based on the photos you've sent definitely being of a Z1000 Pro, the possible scenarios would seem to be:
1. You have a Z1000 Pro and have not installed the firmware correctly. I guess you've tried this?: https://www.zidoo.tv/Support/support_guide/guide_target/DP%5Bld%5DwBS1nS3Deq7k9e%5Bld%5D3ulg%3D%3D.htm Remember to use a FAT32 formatted USB stick and to rename the download install.img (sometimes Windows messes up renaming of .zip files, renaming them install.img.zip so make sure it's correct).
2. You have a Z1000 Pro shell with a Z1000 PCB installed inside it. I don't know if this is possible and I think it probably isn't (PCBs probably different shapes) but it's just about conceivable. I notice that the warranty void sticker on your photos has been torn and at least one screw looks like it's been turned. Why is this? Have you opened up the casing?
Overall, I recommend complaining hard to Amazon. They usually side with the consumer and if you can prove that you've been mis-sold something I'd sure they'll give you a refund.
Overall #2, buy from us next time.
