I have been facing problem "Remote share: Path not found or invalid"

I plugged external harddisk to my android box, then I watched the movies around 10 minutes, then there was a message showing "Remote share: Path not found or invalid." So I were not be able to continue watching movie after the message showed up. help me please. I use Himedia Q10 Pro Android 7 FUTEKO. HMD-2.1.4 2019-05-31. Currently, I have updated to Himedia Q10 Pro 2.1.7, but the "Remote share: Path not found or invalid" problem still occurs, so help me please.

Do you mean to fix ip address of network? I do not use internet or network to play movies, I play movies by himedia connecting with usb only without internet connection. Do I really need to fix ip address?

Remote share implies that it is a network share problem. Does this problem occur when the box is not connected to the internet at all?

In general though, random disconnection of USB might be lack of sufficient power to the USB device. What type of storage device is it? If it's a big HDD then it might need either it's own power supply (powered USB hub) or the PSU for Q10 Pro could be upgraded to something with higher amperage.
