Himedia Q5 quad as a DLNA server?
« on: January 13, 2016, 10:35:18 PM »
May I use it as a DLNA server?
I see 3 folders through my TV Toshiba - Music, Photos, Videos.
But how to make a shortcut inside these folders?
The link should be created from USB HDD which is connected to the Himedia player?
Above mentioned folders are in the internal memory of the player.

On the Q5 go to the HiDLNA Settings app. From that you can change ' Media Shared Directory Settings'.

USB drives are located under /mnt like in other Android apps.
