Bootloader HIMEDIA Q10 PRO

Hello. I have Himedia q10 pro. After installing firmware 2.1.7 and starting the player, HIMEDIA is not displayed. Only the fan is working and the buttons are illuminated. The display is not working. The usb port does not work and other firmware cannot be installed. It is discoverable when connected to a computer. Is there any pc software for me to install other firmware or is it possible to reset the device (hard reset)?
