Subtitles does not go away after file exit, please help
« on: February 07, 2022, 04:20:42 PM »
I have tried restart/unplugged the power, different hard drives, different files/movies, different subtitles even upgraded and downgraded firmware....
Still the last subtitles sentence in use stays put on the screen, even when the screensaver is activated.
I really don't understand this, with all I've tried...

What shall I do??

Edit: Real Vision 4k player in use. Had alpha 220115_0258_r20 in use with no problems for a month, before it started happening today. Tried downgrading to latest stable r17 firmware, but still subs are staying put when screensaver starts...

I've already reported this issue with Dune.

I've already reported this issue with Dune.
Good!
So you have the same problem? Do you think Dune will reply/fix it?
I find it strange, cause I didn't have that problem the first 2-3 months I've owned the player.

Thanks for answering again.
This does concern included subrips as well, in my experience.
Which I didn't have any problem with the first 2-3 months.
