Amazon music unlimited and pro vision 4k solo- don't work app

hello, unfortunately the amazon music app does not install and the Dune pro vision is not detected from the tablet.
Any solution please?

Is this an "Android TV" compatible APP version? It is not a Android Smart Phone compatible device.
