No...it still doesn't. I just tried Kodi 19.3 and it doesn't recognize any of the Dunes hardware.
Which makes it useless on the Dunes, just like always.

yeh im getting the vibe that Dune was the wrong decision , dont get me wrong its ok (ish) its 1 step closer to playing all my media files that being iso and folder structure which other media solution struggled to do, but a huge leap back in lots of other areas :(

Not running Kodi (which I like for music) is my only regret about my Dune. Kodi is pretty bad compared to the Dune for video anyhow.
I just use my Vero4K+ now for music only.

You can't use Kodi at all with Dune?

I returned the device, I'm sticking with my Zidoo X10.

There are several problems with the Realtek RTD1619 media processor and its SDK that Dune players are using. Here're some issues according to Dune tech support.

1. No audio from the back 2 channels for 4.0 quad audio.

2. No audio for several seconds when starting/resuming DVD playback

3. Downmixing all multichannel PCM to 2 channel PCM before passing it to Kodi app. I'm using Kodi for gapless playback since Dune internal player doesn't play gapless.
