Launcher_3D Keeps stopping

Hi folks,

I've just installed some new apps onto my Q10 Pro. When I restarted the box I recieved the message, Launcher_3D has stopped followed by Launcher_3D keeps stopping. If I close the message it just re-appears. Nothing appears on the screen other than this message and the background wallpaper. None of the apps are visible and there seems no way to access the settings or anything else!

(I have the Custom Firmware installed)

No replies yet, but I'm thinking the easiest thing to do is to do an update.

I notice that the latest update shown on page 1 of the update thread is version 2.1.4 , but that there is actually a version 2.1.7 available! Is there any reason why I shouldn't update the very latest version rather than v 2.1.4?

I had the same problem recently and decided to use the opportunity to upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.1.7.
However, I found 2.1.7 problematic so downgraded to 2.1.4.

I've also upgraded to 2.1.4. Seems to be working fine

Encountered same problem. I'm on 2.1.7, and I just restart to get away with it. Most of the time issue disappears.
