films with an external hard drive housing with 4xSATA slots

Hello. Would it be possible to play my films with an external hard drive housing with 4xSATA slots (e.g. ICY Box) via a USB3.0 input of the Zidoo Z9X? Are these 4 SATA hard drives recognized correctly at all? Thanks in advance for your answers

ICY Box IB-3805-c31 is confirmed as working with Zidoo player here.
