Problem With USB HDD When connected Z10 via USB3 Port

my situation :
   zidoo z10 upgraded firmware to v2.3.32
   after the upgraded I watch a movie from usb hdd connected via usb3,
   every 15-20 minutes usb hdd (ntfs) had been disconnected by z10
   (usb hdd has been removed by z10 about 1-2 min and then come back again).
   i try manyways (scan usb hdd, use another usb hdd, use another z10 usb port,
   and update firmware to v2.3.35             !!!!!  the same result  !!!!!

how to fix this problem? or i shoud be downgrade firmware from v2.3.35 to v2.3.10 or any else?
