Z9X - Google Play

I have a brand new Z9X...the latest firmware. I can't get google play to open after install.
the latest version as well.

also I tried to install from apk the VLC media player . no dice won't install.

didn't have these problems with Z9S.

any ideas thx

do you have the g version?

after reboot if screen is black unplug hdmi and re - plug....

thx for the info. I have version  v6.0.46    (there is no G & google play is not pre loaded.)
I will try the  v6.0.80_G (with GOOGLE PLAY) & see what happens & I'll post my outcome.

Because it runs in the background and, although it usually doesn't, it can cause micro stutters in video.
