Himedia Q30 Turning on problems

I have the Himedia Q30 and when plugged in the red light is visible but when I hit the power button nothing happens can anybody shed some light on this if possible (help if they know how).


I have tried contacting export@himedia.cn many times.

Very late to reply but just see this today.

I had the same about mid 2020 and could not solve it, eventually threw the Q30 away.
