Hard Disk Format

what format should i use in android internal HD

i have 12TB SATA  512e/4Kn 

does it read  512e/4Kn   or format in exfat ntfs ext3


for the z10 pro

Format with GPT partition table and either NTFS, EXT3 or EXT4 file system.
