Very high latency on Moonlight game streaming.

Hi, I have Q5 Pro and want to know why Moonlight stream so lag. Even Steam Link can't stream games from my PC.
The latency of decoding time and frame drop prevent me play anything even connected to 1 Gbps Ethernet LAN.

I still play on my phone S10+ normally:
- Zero frame drop by network
- 6-8 ms decoding time
- 0.03-0.1 ms receive time
I want to play in TV but no Moonlight in my Samsung TV.
Steam Link for Samsung TV is not good since it won't have correct remap for my gamepad.
Is there anyway to reduce latency of decoding time and receive time on Q5 Pro?
