Help before purchase

Hi Folks

Just about to maybe purchase a UHD2000 but can anyone answer the following question for me please.
I was getting stuttering and freezes of picture and audio from a USB drive using my Cambridge CX-UHD which upto now as been bullet proof in playing everything.
I purchased a Zipitti Pro 4K a few weeks ago and they played fine on that unit but returned it due to it having no forced subtitle support from mkv files which was a major problem for me.
I am thinking of the UHD2000 next week and wondered if it will also play the files correctly since the last firmware update because I have noticed people having issues with these films on the other players ?
