Downgrade from version 3.0.2
« on: December 21, 2015, 01:03:31 PM »
Is it possible to downgrade from version 3.0.2 to 1.0.9.1 ?

New user did not see this remark  in the software section:

IMPORTANT! DO NOT INSTALL A PREVIOUS FIRMWARE AFTER INSTALLING THIS 3.0.2 VERSION. THIS VERSION CANNOT BE DOWNGRADED FROM.

3.0.2 can be downgraded from as normal. Just install a previous firmware using the reset button method.

The confusion over downgrade came from Himedia initially telling us 3.0.2 could not be downgraded from when in fact they meant that by downgrading you would lose the OTA update functionality.

I thought I'd cleaned the firmware thread of references to no downgrade. I'll have a look now and make sure it's all removed.
