Adding movie and how to set aspect ratio in UHD2000

Hello again. (and sorry for my bad english)
I'm a new user of uhd2000. There's a possibility to add manually some movies?

Moreover I can't find how to set aspect ratio for all the movies. They starts everytime in 4:3. I'd like they start in full screen mode. There's a way to set the aspect ratio for all the movies?
