For movies, in poster wall move to movie to mark as watched and hold OK button. Select 'Mark as Watched'.

For episodes of TV shows I don't think they can individually be marked as watched, only the whole collection. It's something that I will pass onto Zidoo. You should also post it on the Zidoo forum so they can add it.
