H8 Won't Power Up

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me.  I have recently purchased a H8 Android Box.  On arrival I connected it all up to my TV and everything went fine.  The box powered up and I could see it on my TV.  After about an hour I used the remote to switch it off and it turned off.  Since then I am unable to switch it back on again.  I've replaced the batteries in the remote and tried doing a hard reset but nothing happens.  All I have is a flashing red light on the front of the box and nothing else.  Please help if you can

A flashing red LED on the front is not good news. It indicates a hardware problem, possibly that an incorrect firmware has been flashed to the box. This won't be user recoverable.

Where did you buy the box from? If it's us (and I must admit I think it isn't) email us for warranty info.
