Q10 horribly slow speedtest

So I abandoned my q10 pro months ago after failing to diagnose an issue that caused the box to basically only download at dialup speeds.  It was working great up tti a point then one day I couldn't get a speedtest to run over 20 mbps. My laptop plugged in to the same ethernet cable and running the same speedtest pulls somewhere around 800 mbps. I have a full gigabit connection with cat6 everywhere. Ive tried upgrading the firmware, complete factory resets pretty much anything else I could think of.  Would really like to get this box back up and running.  Has anyone experienced something like this

I forgot to mention,  there was an error that came up, it's been a while so I don't remember it completely but was along the lines of cant connect a drive or said drive is disconnected. Vague I know,  but it lead me to believe at the time the box suffered a hardware failure causing the slowdown in data transfer....

What's the firmware version you currently have?

To completely dismiss a software issue install the version 2.0.3 and test, if it works fine install 2.0.4 and finally the latest.
On the hardware side you might have a physical problem with the Ethernet port. How does it perform with WIFI?

Hi, old topic but constant and frequent issue to others as well. Identical, and now we are in firmware 2.1.7.  Same problem, word by word, to some others that I know, too.
Laptop speedtest.net (ookla) over 900mbps both up and download on al llan wires including q10pro's own one, then q10pro goes less than 50mbps down, 115 mbps upload. Time to get rid of it, will go to NUC HTPC. Sorry for the great quality of the image, though... Also tried to install 2.5GbE usb3 adapter to no avail, could not install... Time to let it go.
