error 0x800701b1 windows 10 home
« on: October 30, 2019, 10:21:37 PM »
Have a himedia q10 pro. With firmware 2.1.4 And just a new lenovo s540 gtx ideapad laptop with windows 10 home on it. However, if I want to copy a file to my hard disk from my himedia q10 pro I get this error message: error 0x800701b1: a non-existent device has been specified. Have all the devices installed, there is no cross or exclamation mark on the device at any device. Everything is perfectly installed. Has the last update of windows 10 caused a problem? Hope someone can help me. Had my himedia connected to my laptop via usb, to copy the file.
