Q10 Pro read write permissions

I am able to access my hard drive using FX Plus and my macbook. However, when I try to drop a file from my mac to the server, it says I do not have permission to do this. I have tried to change the permission from read only to read & write but it again says I do not have permission.

Does anyone know what I can do as I can't work out where the permissions are on the Q10 or maybe I am misunderstanding where to change the permission.
