No Netflix app in Himedia Q10 pro

May I know if the Netflix can be accessed in Himedia Q10 Pro?
I tried searching in Google play the Netflix app so I can install it in this device,but never found it.I only find Iflix.I am currently located in South East  Asia.

Hmmn you imply  so it's a common occurrence that Netflix is absent among the apps of Google play installed in Himedia DEVICES.??

From the official firmware yes (it's complicated). The custom firmware comes pre-installed with Netflix

I have updated the firmware last april and there was no Netflix app with it. I went to Apk.com there was no app there and the domain was for sale.
I searched the web for Netflix for android but it's not compatible. I read also the Netflix troubleshooting guide about installing Netflix by going to security in the device settings but I can't see any security tab in the Himedia q10 pro settings. I am running out of options is there any way I can install Netflix in this device.Btw I already wrote the Manufacturer but they never replied to my inquiry.

Hello futeko, I tried the provided link but the browser crashed. I also tried the other link but in this Q10 pro I can't find the security tab in the settings.😟

Hello Futeko.. now I know the problem Google play and chrome browser  won't permit the download and installation of Netflix, as  it crashes( I use that Netflix link you gave meUpon  installation of another  browser like Firefox ,it did succeed 😀. Now problem solv$ed.Thank you very much.!
